Rev Up Your Imagination on the Wheelieville Rampways
The Stand 'n Play Rampway is constructed of colorful and easy-to-assemble plastic pieces and includes two Wheelie cars--a sports car and a race car--with Little People characters at the wheel. Starting from the Top Ramp, the Wheelie cars zip down bright red ramps that curve through tunnels and down toward the finish line.

Because the Rampway has two spiral ramps and two cars, your child can share and race with friends. But the fun doesn't stop at zooming down the tracks. Kids can gas up their cars, take them up and down the moveable elevators, or drive them along the paths located at the bases near the finish lines. Other features include a moveable car lift and elevator and images of Little People at work and play in Wheelieville.

Sometimes the cars will flip or fly off the ramps when they're let go up top at the starting lines, but this adds to the fun and challenge your child will experience as he strategizes ways to beat his opponent. The guzzling gas, honking, and cheering sound effects add another layer of racing fun to this toy.

The Rampway includes moveable parts, such as stop signs, a gas pump, and a hinged sign that spins when cars zoom through. Young kids, especially toddlers, will be attracted to the generous size of this toy.

Eddie and the Mystery Driver DVD
The Fisher-Price Little People Wheelies Stand 'n Play Rampway comes with a Little People Wheelies DVD featuring "Eddie and the Mystery Driver," a short animation based on Fisher-Price Little People characters. Children will love experiencing the world of Wheelieville, where all its citizens love to drive. The film stars Eddie, a fast and popular racer, as he practices for a town-wide race. With his best friend Freddie navigating, Eddie meets the rubber-burning Mystery Driver.

Speedy Assembly
All you'll need to put the Stand 'n Play Rampway together are three AA batteries for powering the sound effects and a Phillips-head screwdriver to tighten the accompanying screws. Upper and lower wall pieces snap snuggly together and are set into the two base pieces.

The 11 ramp sections are numbered for easy assemblage. Additional pieces to assemble include the top ramp, two balconies, a car lift, and elevator.

What's in the Box
Two Wheelie cars, 19 pieces for assembly, seven screws, Wheelies DVD, and instructions.

Fisher-Price has given your little one a thrilling toy in its Stand 'n Play Rampway Play Set - Evel Knievel lives... Yes, although this rampway set is meant to allow cars to speed easily down the twin ramps, the toy we purchased for our grandson causes the cars to careen off the ramp that winds down the left-side of the structure. While he thinks it is great fun to watch the cars fly through the air, it is not good for anyone or anything in the way of the flying car.

I called Fisher-Price to determine whether we might have a defective rampway or whether something else was amiss. They said they had no other reports of flying cars and suggested we remove the ramp section that was causing the problem and snap it back into place. This helped some, but not enough to keep the cars from sailing through the air, though less frequently. We did notice the shorter, lighter cars tended to fly off almost all the time, while the heavier cars might stay on the ramp. The racecar and... Read more

My son is almost two and he loves this rampway. He had the Tonka triple track race car toy but it just didn't keep his interest at all. This FP toy, however, has more to it--longer rampway, two separate ways the cars can go down, a little gas pump that makes pumping noise, plus a few other noises when the cars exit the rampway, and a manual "elevator" the child can push up and down.

We don't have any problems with the cars flying off the track. On occasion they might fall off the ramp if my son pushes them down too hard or something. But it's not often at all and it just makes sense that occasionally the car won't roll down perfectly.

On a side note, my son also thinks it's hilarious to take his sister's Zhu Zhu pets down the rampway. :)
